What is the return policy?

At Cast & Paws, we are committed to providing high-quality products for you and your pets. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
It must be returned in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used by pets, damaged after delivery, or altered in any way.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Pet food, treats, or supplements that have been opened.
Personalized or custom-made products.
Gift cards.
Clearance or final sale items.
Products damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at castdrop123@gmail.com

Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The item arrived damaged.
We shipped the wrong item.
The product is defective.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Exchanges

We currently replace items only if they arrive damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.
